The matchmakers had their way as a potential superfight between British superstars Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury appears to be imminent!
Anthony Joshua survived a scary first round from power puncher Kristian Prenga. The Brit was down twice in the first but recovered nicely in the second round and stopped the Albanian with a flurry of combos punctuated by powerful right cross!
Meanwhile, Tyson Fury retired Mariusz Wach in their heavyweight clash in Thailand. Compared to the Joshua fight, there were no scary moments for the Brit as the Pole had no answer to Fury's style. The fight was stopped at the end of the seventh round!
My bet on Joshua vs Fury? A lot can happen in the heavyweight division! Both fighters can punch but I think AJs chin is suspect. Fury should win this by late stoppage.
