I recently bought a Samsung Washing Machine last May 2025.
Unfortunately, it would not work as no water will go inside the machine.
The water pressure was fine, the tubes were fine, the filter was fine, and the machine was on a flat, level surface.
I called customer support for Samsung and they sent a technician the next day.
Apparently, the issue was with something what the technician called as "valve water".
This was replaced and the device was now working.
